Frequently asked questions

How can I find my game?

  • First, navigate to our Events tab.
  • You can then proceed to search for the court or team in the left navigation window. Select the box that corresponds to what you are looking for any your games will appear in the main window - either in Upcoming Events (if the game is live or in the future) or Previous Events (if the game is over).
  • You can also type court or team name into the search box.
  • Please note that if a game runs long, there is chance that it is in the following time slot on that court. Look for the active game on that court and check to see if it is live there.

How can I purchase an Event?

  • First, you must sign up to the platform with an email or Google/Facebook account. Once this crucial step is done you can select the event you want to play, and it will bring you to the payment page.
  • Here you will also have the option to purchase a bundle also if it is available.
  • You may also have the option to purchase a bundle.

How do I purchase a bundle?

  • You can watch back the on-demand version of an event or highlights by clicking on the Event you want to watch under the latest events header.
  • Equally, you can head to my events in your account to get a list of all the events you have access to and can watch on-demand.
  • Some smart TVs are not supported by the platform. We recommend you try viewing on a different device and cast it to your TV, or alternatively access the event on your laptop and connect your laptop via HDMI to your TV.

How do I watch back an event that I purchased?

  • You can watch back the on-demand version of an event or highlights by clicking on the Event you want to watch under the latest events header.
  • Equally, you can head to my events in your account to get a list of all the events you have access to and can watch on-demand.
  • Once you purchase an event you will be able to watch that event up to 10 times.

Why can’t I view the Event on my smart TV?

  • Some smart TVs are not supported by the platform. We recommend you try viewing on a different device and cast it to your TV, or alternatively access the event on your laptop and connect your laptop via HDMI to your TV.
  • If your device uses any of the following web browsers, it will be compatible with our platform:
  • Windows - Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge
  • OS X - Chrome, Firefox, Safari
  • Xbox - Edge
  • Android 5.0+ - Chrome, Firefox
  • iOS 7+ - Safari

Why can’t I purchase an Event on a smart TV?

  • Some smart TVs are not supported on the platform. We recommend you try logging in and purchasing the Event on another device first.

Can I change my device if I started watching already?

  • Yes, you can change devices but will be kicked from the first one when you log into a second device.

Can I watch on more than one device?

  • No. Only one device can stream the event at a time.
